Description
Become a trusted strategic business partner through active listening, collaboration, and building trust. Implement pivotal initiatives that drive mutual success, specifically in Government and Higher Education markets. Collaborate with all levels at the partner organization, from SVPs, segment sales managers, PPM, marketing, etc., across the business to deeply understand the opportunities. Consistently gather feedback from cross-functional teams on your ideas and initiatives throughout their lifecycle to ensure they carry weight and gain agreement from the partner's organization and Apple.
You will present, measure, and execute pivotal initiatives, creatively monitor and communicate your progress with scorecards and critical metrics. Clearly communicate with the organization through various channels and cadences to ensure effective engagement. Know when to be strategic versus tactical, and handle tough conversations that enable focus on what matters most.
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and KPIs, such as year-over-year growth, market share, seller activation, and active accounts, to drive innovation and business growth.
* Experience in using performance data to inform strategic decisions and develop comprehensive account plans.
* Skilled in building and executing actionable plans aligned with Apple's and partner priorities, including sales, marketing, seller activation, enablement, and customer engagement.
* Ability to adapt plans based on market changes, feedback, and performance analysis.
* Strong execution skills with a track record of delivering high-impact results.
* Demonstrated leadership with a focus on collaboration, attention to detail, and sound business practices.

* Exceptional influence and persuasion skills, with a proactive approach to understanding partner needs.
* Proficiency in active listening, trust-building, and clear, effective communication of complex information.
* Adept at negotiation, demonstrating a balanced approach to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Ability to gain agreement and inspire change.
* Excellent presentation skills, capable of articulating a clear call to action and communicating the "why Apple" story and partner value propositions.
* Highly organized and methodical, ensuring efficient task management.
