About the role

ABC Teachers is proud to be working in partnership with the Thrive Education Partnership – a family of specialist academies across Coventry, Birmingham and Walsall all dedicated to transforming the life opportunities of students with Autism, Social Emotional and Mental Health needs, and complex learning difficulties.

We are recruiting Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Student Support Workers to join this incredible network of schools, all of which provide nurturing, trauma-informed environments that empower students to achieve and thrive.

Whether you're experienced in SEND or looking to start a fulfilling new chapter in education, we want to hear from you. We are offering Full Time, Part Time and Bank Opportunities as well as Temporary to Permanent work.

About the school

Thrive Education Partnership academies are diverse, inclusive, and purpose-built for students with additional needs. You’ll be joining a network of schools that values teamwork, well-being, and ongoing professional development.

Your Role May Include:

Delivering or supporting engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with Autism, Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities, Severe Learning Disabilities and Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs.

Working collaboratively with teaching teams, therapists, and external agencies.

Using trauma-informed and restorative practices to build trust and promote progress.
