Your first project will be a £10m, 80-bed care home in Peterborough, working closely with an experienced Project Manager. Future schemes are already secured in Kings Lynn and Fakenham, giving you long-term stability and a clear path to progression. This is a Trainee / Assistant Site Manager role where you’re not stuck observing from the sidelines. You’ll be involved in day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, learning how programmes run, understanding quality and safety, and gradually taking ownership of packages of work.
