Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Jewellery Specialist - Sales role located in Greenhithe. The Jewellery Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and providing expert advice to guide them in designing and selecting jewellery. Daily responsibilities include managing sales processes, handling customer inquiries, maintaining the showroom's appearance, and promoting care and repair services. The role also requires collaboration with goldsmiths and team members to ensure customer satisfaction while delivering a premium experience.

* Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
* Passion for jewellery and an eye for design, with the capability to provide personalized recommendations
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
* Organizational skills and attention to detail in handling product inventory and customer orders
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a retail and workshop environment
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
* Previous 1 years experience in jewellery sales, design, or repair is a must
* Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as required
