About the Client:
A leading luxury media business is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Group Sales Director to lead all revenue-generating activities across print, digital, events, social media, branded content, and partnerships. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive commercial strategy, managing a high-performing cross-functional sales team, and delivering significant growth through innovative and high-value brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement an insight-led commercial strategy aligned with business objectives
* Drive revenue growth across multiple channels, including print, digital, content, sponsorship, and events
* Lead and develop a collaborative, results-driven sales team with clear KPIs and performance metrics
* Develop premium branded content and digital solutions that meet evolving client and agency needs
* Oversee commercial delivery of major events and experiential activations
* Build and manage senior-level relationships with clients and UK media agencies
* Represent the commercial function at leadership level and influence wider business strategy
Candidate Profile:
* Demonstrable experience in senior commercial roles within luxury media, publishing, or events
* Proven success managing multi-million-pound revenue portfolios and leading high-performing teams
* Strong understanding of the luxury market, media agency ecosystem, and integrated advertising solutions
* Demonstrable experience in digital sales, branded content, and sponsorship activation
* Strategic, commercially driven, and client-focused with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
