You’ll take responsibility for your assigned portfolio of properties and ensure accurate reporting and billing, managing tasks such as the weekly payment run, service-charge year ends, tenant billing, and rent funds (including transfers, voids and management fees). You’ll also coordinate with property managers, liaise with credit control and clients to maintain sound service-charge cashflow. Your personality, experience and qualifications We are looking for someone with at least two years' experience in a relevant industry, ideally from a property background. As a communicator, both verbal and written, you’re clear and proactive. You’re organised and able to plan and multi-task, managing your time well and delivering strong customer service and are confident using Microsoft Office tools. You are a team player who can also work independently and under pressure, with a keen attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
