As a HR Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning initiatives. What's the Job?
* Support in functional areas of the human resources department, including recruitment and employment processes
* Oversee and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS)
* Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to facilitate recruitment activities
* Generate and analyze reports related to workforce planning and hiring metrics
* Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent for the organization
What's Needed?
* Associate's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
* Experience with ATS and VMS platforms is preferred
* Ability to travel using personal vehicle on an as-needed basis
