We’re currently recruiting experienced Parcel Sorters to join a busy and fast-paced distribution centre in Aylesford.

The Role:
1. Sorting parcels by postcode
2. Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
3. Using handheld scanners to track and manage parcels (if experienced)
4. Keeping work areas clean and organised
5. Working effectively as part of a team
6. Maintaining high levels of accuracy and speed in a time-sensitive environment
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in parcel sorting, warehouse, or a similar fast-paced manual role is essential
8. Experience using handheld scanners is advantageous
9. Good attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure
10. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
11. Flexible with working days – this is a 7-day operation
