Who you are: Experienced: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, ideally within a 5* luxury environment. Skilled: Exceptional knife skills and a deep understanding of sushi preparation and presentation. Team-Oriented: Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently. Passionate: A genuine passion for the culinary arts, always striving to create beautiful, memorable dishes. Detail-Driven: A keen eye for detail and presentation, with a focus on producing dishes that delight the senses Salary: Competitive Salary plus tronc. Shift Pattern: This position will be working 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends.
