What You’ll Do
* Partner with stakeholders to analyse business needs, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Support end‑to‑end project delivery, from discovery through implementation.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.
* Use data‑driven insights to solve complex problems and recommend innovative solutions.
* Set up and lead PMO functions.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 1–2 years, or equivalent experience, working in a management consultancy or banking environment, in a change capacity.
* Skills: Well‑developed analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
* Mindset: Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced setting.
* Education: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
