You’ll be joining a leading destination branding and marketing consultancy that delivers creative,mercially driven solutions across leasing, sales, corporate branding and marketing campaigns. With international offices they partner with major real estate developers, leisure brands and destination owners across more than 40 global markets. Their mission is to amplify the engagement and experience of places through creativity, data and strategy.
Your new role
1. Support Finance, Operations, Client Services, Digital and Design teams to ensure smooth and high‑quality project delivery across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and wider global regions
2. Manage end‑to‑end project finances, including budgeting, invoicing, scheduling and financial tracking
3. Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource coordination and timesheet management
4. Lead end‑of‑month (EOM) project reviews, including WIP and budget monitoring
5. Support client onboarding,pliance checks and internal process requirements
6. Act as the champion for the agency’s work management platform, providing guidance and troubleshooting
7. Run end-of-month (EOM) meetings to review project finances, billing, and work-in-progress (WIP) data
What you'll need to succeed
8. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an agency, creative, design or marketing environment
9. Strong numerical and analytical ability, with confidence using Excel
10. Experience with tech, ideally with experience using Scoro (or similar), Slack and Dropbox
11. Highly organised and detail‑driven, able to manage multiple priorities independently
12. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
13. Fluent in English; French is an advantage!
