Joiner Required – New Build Housing – Leeds
We are currently looking for an experienced Joiner based in Leeds to work on a new build housing project, carrying out all aspects of second fix joinery.
Details:
1. Location: Leeds
2. Rate: £23 per hour
3. Start: Monday
4. Hours: 07:30 start, 45–50 hours per week
5. Contract: Long-term
6. Free parking on site
Duties Will Include (Second Fix – New Builds):
7. Hanging internal doors and fitting ironmongery
8. Skirting boards and architraves
9. Fitting kitchens and units
10. Boxing-in and finishing works
11. Snagging and final fix to a high standard
Requirements:
12. Proven new build second fix joinery experience
13. Own cordless tools essential
14. CSCS card (preferred)
15. Reliable, punctual, and able to commit long term
