Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team working in Kirkby High School, Bracknell Avenue, L32 9PP. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,396.80 per annum and benefits package.

Monday to Friday
0600 - 2100 on a rotation shift
For this role you must undergo an Enhanced DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.
What will you deliver?
The role covers all aspects of general site management including, planned and reactive
building maintenance, porterage, security, reception and being a key link between Equans
and the school.

Who are we looking for?
* Experience required in a trade or similar role preferred but not essential.
* H&S experience in terms of manual handling and working at height preferred but not
essential.
* To have excellent customer service skills.
* To understand COSHH guidelines and colour coding.
* Proficient in use of e-mail and basic IT knowledge
* Enhanced DBS certification required (will be applied for upon commencement of the role)
