The role involves delivering specific functional service support within the Stakeholder & Communications Centre of Excellence.
Responsibilities include:
* Executing a range of performance activities on assigned projects under supervision and mentorship.
* Guiding the implementation of specialist functional frameworks and strategies.
* Building effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
* Monitoring and delivering duties as per functional management plans and performance reports.
* Developing stakeholder & communications methodologies and enhancing their integration.
* Aligning service activities with Mace control centers, client requirements, and legislation.
* Seeking continuous process improvements.
* Supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.
Minimum qualifications and skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team-oriented attitude.
* Ability to assimilate information quickly.
* Basic understanding of construction/delivery lifecycle or consultancy.
* Knowledge of stakeholder & communications service delivery in sectors like rail, highways, nuclear, public sector, hospitals.
* Interest in business development activities.
* Experience supporting PMO and project controls services.
* APM Foundation or equivalent certification.
* Attention to detail.
Preferred experience:
* Experience on construction projects or consultancy.
* Knowledge of frameworks/strategies and relevant tools/software.
* Interest in data analytics.
* Ability to create and deliver professional presentations.
* Relevant degree in construction, engineering, or related fields.
* Interest in Chartered status or membership of professional bodies like APM.
