A successful and ambitious secondary school in Lichfield is seeking a detail-focused HR Assistant to join its expanding HR team from January 2026 .
The Role
Working alongside the HR Manager you will :
* Support safer recruitment processes (advertising shortlisting packs references DBS checks)
* Manage staff personnel files and compliance records
* Assist with onboarding induction documentation and staff training logs
* Update HR systems and school MIS
* Support payroll administration and absence management
* Respond to staff HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality
