Salary: £18.00 per hour

Role Overview
We are seeking a Chef Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage an Assistant Chef and Catering Assistants, prepare meals meeting dietary needs, manage stock and waste, ensure cleanliness, and operate within budget. Responsibilities also include risk assessments, recruiting, and training staff. The role requires friendly, approachable, and passionate individuals with catering experience for older adults and a valid food hygiene certificate.
