ProcureOne is partnering with a globally renowned brand to attract a first-class Procurement Category Manager. The role involves leading end-to-end procurement processes across indirect categories, focusing on Travel, Meetings & Events. Responsibilities include:
1. Managing procurement cycles from pre-tender to contract award.
2. Identifying sourcing opportunities through analysis.
3. Leading spend analysis and supplier reviews.
4. Managing supplier risk and governance.
5. Engaging with internal stakeholders up to director level.
6. Negotiating contracts and terms.
7. Improving procurement processes and policies.
8. Supporting specification drafting for clarity and market relevance.
Candidates should have proven Travel Procurement experience or relevant exposure, preferably CIPS qualified, with a professional approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The team values collaboration and a hands-on attitude.
