Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
* Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers
* Attempting to resolve simple customer enquiries and referring difficult enquiries to a Manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and areas maintained according to Health & Safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per the cleaning chart
* Following standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
* Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Being aware of restaurant goals and targets to contribute to achieving them
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
* Reporting all work-related incidents, near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
* Following procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
