Senior HR Advisor - Germany & Austria Location: Central London (hybrid, 3 days in office) Salary: Up to £50,000 benefits Our client is looking for a German speaking Senior HR Advisor to provide expert support to a portfolio of 6 hotels across Germany and Austria on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role reports into the HR Director for Europe and works closely with stakeholders across Germany and Austria. A true generalist role that will require occasional travel to locations across Germany (typically once every 1-2 months). Key Responsibilities: Advise on employee relations, supporting managers with disciplinary and development initiatives. Enhance talent strategies, ensuring best practices in onboarding and retention. Own the recruitment process, supporting hiring managers in attracting top talent. Ensure seamless payroll operations, collaborating with an outsourced provider. Streamline HR administration, managing employee records and compliance. Travel occasionally to key locations in Germany (typically once every 1-2 months). Key Requirements: At least 3 years’ experience in HR, now operating at an advisory level. Fluency in German, both written and verbal. CIPD L5 or equivalent experience.
