Your new role Our client is seeking an experienced qualified solicitor (4 years PQE) to join a growing team whose comprehensive claims handling and risk mitigation service is tailored to limit costs, time and stress. You will be expected to proactively lead cases, identifying key issues to set strategy and progress matters efficiently with a meticulous eye for detail. Exceptional client care is paramount to success in this position - building rapport, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring clients receive the support, clarity, and empathy needed when navigating complex or sensitive matters. The role requires strong drafting skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work accurately under pressure to meet KPIs.
