We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to take ownership and drive the success of our national recruitment contracts within the building merchant sector. This is a pivotal role, responsible for nurturing and expanding key client relationships, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality drivers, and identifying opportunities for growth across our national accounts.
Key Requirements:
1. Strategic Recruitment Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans for our national building merchant client, aligning recruitment solutions with their business objectives and workforce planning needs.
2. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organisations, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
3. Service Delivery Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process of drivers for national accounts, ensuring consistent adherence to service level agreements and a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
4. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively address any challenges or issues that arise within national accounts, working collaboratively with internal teams to find effective and timely solutions.
Successful candidates must have:
* Proven track record of success in a National Account Management role within the recruitment industry, ideally with demonstrable experience managing large, complex accounts.
* Significant experience of working with or recruiting for clients within the building merchant sector is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
* Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
