ICC Hub Coordinator Carlisle & District ICC

The North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a committed and enthusiastic ICC Hub Coordinator to support our Community Health Services for Nursing and Therapy at Hilltop Heights, Carlisle or Brampton Community Hospital.
Position: Full time (37.5 hour) – full flexibility with all shifts across eight ICC hubs in Cumbria. Working hours: 08:00‑19:00 Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑16:00 weekends and bank holidays, with an aspiration to extend to 20:00 eventually.
Main duties of the job
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to support integrated care and seamless services for patient care.
* Assist senior hub coordinators with a range of administrative duties, including developing and maintaining administrative systems, procedures and records.
* Ensure a safe, appropriately maintained office environment.
* Participate in rota to provide cover between 08:00‑19:00 Monday‑Friday and 08:00‑16:00 weekends and bank holidays.
* Travel to other ICC hubs as required; mileage will be paid.
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
* NVQ2 in Business Administration or relevant business subject equivalent.
* ECDL or comparable computer skills.
Experience
* Previous office experience.
* Experience with electronic management information systems.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Telephone and electronic communication skills within a health or social care environment.
* Experience in a health or social care setting.
Knowledge
* Understanding of office procedures and relevant statutory regulations.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office.
* Confidentiality and data protection awareness.
* General knowledge of relevant legislation such as Data Protection and Health & Safety.
* Familiarity with patient administration systems.
* Knowledge of health and social care systems across Cumbria.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* IT skills including word processing, spreadsheets, data capture and desktop publishing.
* Flexible and versatile approach to meet service needs.
* Proactive, positive, and motivated attitude towards problem solving and change.
Personal Circumstances
* Ability to travel independently.
* Willingness to work up to 7 days a week, 08:00‑20:00.
* Availability for cover at different locations.
