3. Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
4. Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure up-to-date and precise records.
5. Manage payment runs, including preparing and processing electronic transfers and cheques.
6. Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to supplier queries in a timely manner.
7. Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
9. Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
11. Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar financial role.
