Job Description Oversee day-to-day running of the Hospitality Service, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities Review and organise incoming bookings and ensure delivery of orders is managed within BaxterStorey service guidelines Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards Assist in monitoring and controlling expenses, including labour costs, food costs, and supplies, to meet goals. Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Assist with the setup and arrangement of event venues, including tables, chairs, decorations, and other equipment, as per the client's requirements.
