A category-defining, high-growth SaaS company is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to drive enterprise expansion across the UK and EMEA.
This is a market leader in AI-powered enterprise software, growing 40% YoY, with 80% of the EMEA team hitting Presidents Club last year. Average deal size has increased from $350k to $580k in the past 12 months, with a clear focus on $1M+ enterprise accounts.
The team is currently ahead of annual target in H1 and about to close the largest deal in company history.
The Role
You’ll own complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, landing and expanding strategic accounts across EMEA.
This is not a transactional SaaS role: you’ll be leading transformational deals, selling into Legal, Procurement, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders, focused on revenue growth and cost optimisation at enterprise level.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through to close
* Drive new logo acquisition across UK and EMEA
* Lead complex, multi-threaded deals with multiple stakeholders
* Build and execute strategic territory plans
* Partner cross-functionally on large, high-impact opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* 6 –10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales
* Proven track record closing £100k–£1M+ ARR deals
* Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (non-negotiable)
* Strong discovery — able to shape and challenge deals
* Executive presence with senior stakeholders
* True hunter with full-cycle ownership
* Coachable, low ego, and highly driven
