We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting and Reporting to support a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Workday HCM configuration and enhancements
* Recruiting workflows and business process optimisation
* Building reports, dashboards, and analytics
* BAU support, releases, and stakeholder engagement
* Translating business requirements into technical solutions
Essential experience:
* 5+ years of Workday HCM experience
* Strong Workday Recruiting and reporting expertise
* Workday HCM Certification (essential)
* Experience with Workday configuration, security, or integrations
* Agile/Scrum environment experience
Desirable:
* Workday Recruiting certification
* Prism Analytics experience
* Additional Workday modules exposure
* Public sector or regulated environment experience
