Job Title: Compliance Coordinator\n Location: Nottingham\n Contract: 3-Month Minimum (Potential for Extension)\n Start Date: ASAP\n Hours: Full-Time\n\nOverview:\n We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support the client's team on a minimum 3-month contract in Nottingham. This is a key support role ensuring the smooth operation of compliance, scheduling, and maintenance coordination activities for the client.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide professional and timely support to the client via phone and email\n\nAccurately determine the nature and priority of faults reported\n\nRaise and assign work orders to the appropriate resources\n\nSchedule works in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and update the client's CAFM system accordingly\n\nReview subcontractor documentation to ensure accurate CAFM system management\n\nAssist in managing the supply chain and ensure attendance within SLA requirements\n\nAllocate internal engineers to reactive and scheduled maintenance, ensuring SLA compliance\n\nMonitor customer calls from receipt through to completion, updating CAFM records\n\nMaintain a full understanding of the contract scope and ensure all work adheres to service levels\n\nPromote and maintain the CBRE culture throughout the client's team\n\nAct as a key user of site systems, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) records, reactive work, and QHSE system reporting\n\nCommunicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external customers at all levels\n\nRequirements:\n\nExperience in a facilities management or compliance coordination role\n\nFamiliarity with CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, or similar)\n\nStrong communication and organisational skills\n\nAbility to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously\n\nUnderstanding of SLAs and compliance requirements\n\nTeam player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude\n\nResourcing Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
