Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
3. Oversee the full lifecycle of packaging procurement, from identifying and onboarding vendors to negotiating terms and evaluating their performance.
4. Maintain a strong understanding of market movements and apply pricing strategies.
5. Manage supplier partnerships, tracking KPIs such as price, quality, and service reliability.
6. Collaborate with NPD, Marketing, and wider business teams to support efficient operations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would have:
7. Hands‑on experience in sourcing and managing packaging materials, ideally gained within a similar food manufacturing industry.
8. Thrives in a fast‑paced, with strong analytical skills and and a proactive mindset.
9. Excels at building strong working relationships and has excellent communication skills.
What's on Offer
