About the Role
As our Operations Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind our warehouse operations. Leading a dedicated team, your mission is to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for:
* Keeping the team motivated and organized
* Conducting training sessions and monitoring performance
* Facilitating communication between team members and management
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
* Getting hands-on when needed to boost productivity and safety

About You
While experience in warehouse management is desirable, we also value people management experience from other sectors. Ideally, you will have:
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in logistics, warehouse, FMCG, or similar industries
* Proven ability to manage large operations and liaise effectively at all levels
* Outstanding communication skills to build strong relationships with team members and management
* Experience in planning and executing warehouse operations, tackling challenges as they arise
