They are now looking to recruit experienced and motivated Exhaust Fabricators / TIG Welders to support ongoing growth and advanced manufacturing projects. Key Responsibilities Precision fabrication and TIG welding of high-performance exhaust components Working with exotic materials including Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel Reading and interpreting complex technical and engineering drawings Using specialist fabrication tools including tube benders, notchers, and forming equipment Performing in-process quality checks to ensure components meet stringent tolerances Collaborating with engineers and quality teams to ensure project deadlines and standards are met Supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes within the workshop Candidate Requirements Proven experience in TIG welding and precision fabrication, ideally in motorsport, aerospace, or high-performance automotive sectors Strong familiarity with welding and forming thin-gauge exotic metals Ability to work from detailed technical drawings and specifications Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision High attention to detail and a passion for producing world-class quality work Excellent teamwork and communication skills Benefits Competitive salary based on skills and experience Company pension scheme Professional, high-performance workshop environment Opportunities for progression and continued development Involvement in prestigious and technically advanced engineering projects
