We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our Children and Families Team in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time locum position offering an hourly rate of £33.30, with opportunities to make a significant impact within a supportive environment.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, child-centred and family-minded social work, managing diverse cases with prompt and accurate assessments. Your responsibilities include:
1. Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing impactful plans for children's safety and well-being.
2. Working collaboratively with families to facilitate positive changes.
3. Providing supervision and guidance to junior social workers, supporting their professional development.
4. Engaging with multi-agency partners to deliver effective services.
5. Maintaining accurate case records and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
