As a Learner Progress and Attendance Coach, you will play a vital role in ensuring our learners stay on track with their studies and attendance. You'll work closely with students, tutors, and support teams to:
* Monitor learner progress and attendance data
* Identify barriers to learning and engagement
* Deliver tailored coaching and support strategies
* Promote positive behaviours and academic success
* Contribute to learner retention and achievement
