Overview
As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in our seed processing operations based in King's Lynn. You will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of production tasks across different areas, including seed pelleting, chemical application, and quality assurance. This role requires a hands-on, multi-skilled individual who can adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of their work area. You will operate touchscreen technology systems, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all processes, including seed sampling and product sign-off. Working within a small, close-knit team, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain high standards throughout the production cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied and dynamic work environment, values responsibility, and wants to develop their skills in a unique agricultural manufacturing setting.
