Take full accountability for your shifts performance, including manpower, materials, machines, and processes. Manage budgets for labour and materials, driving efficiencies without compromising quality. Ensure your team is fully trained, competent, and motivated, with clear succession plans in place. Champion Health & Safety and compliance with site QMS to ensure audit readiness at all times. Investigate and resolve any non-compliance issues quickly and effectively. Lead daily operational reviews, collaborating with other departments to meet production plans. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost OEE, yield, and engagement About You Proven experience in FMCG manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team. A solid understanding of production processes, quality systems, and safety standards in the food & drink industry. Great communication skills, able to build strong working relationships at all levels. Competence with IT systems and data reporting. About Refresco: Our drinks on every table.
