Behaviour Support Assistant

We're hiring a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You'll play a key role in helping young people thrive through a therapeutic and nurturing approach. As a Behaviour Support Assistant you'll connect with students, earn their trust, and guide them toward academic success through positive behaviour management and mentorship."
What You'll Need:
* A degree-level qualification
* Passion for supporting young people
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Experience in schools or youth settings (preferred but not essential)
* Strong understanding of safeguarding in schools (KCSIE 2025) (training can be provided on this)
* Understanding of SEMH and/or special educational needs
* Prepared to apply for a DBS Check/ Provide Good/Satisfactory References
