The Global Campaign Manager, Customer Marketing creates and executes global campaigns to generate and progress opportunities with our existing customers. You will lead campaigns from inception to design and build, and execution.
This is a demand generation focused role for a senior marketer, requiring the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly, partnering with our sales and customers services organization to drive customer advocacy and retention.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
Design marketing campaign plans aligned to go to market priorities, with clear strategy and relevant tactics to drive demand
Ability to translate value proposition and messaging into compelling campaigns that address customers’ needs
Design and manage production of high value short and long form content that delivers against campaign objectives, managing internal and external agencies
Partner with regional marketing, partner marketing and sales teams to ensure effective execution that results in closed won deals
Monitor, review and report on campaign activity and results
Own the campaign from start to finish, keeping stakeholders informed on progress
Overall Required Competence
Strong demand generation skills with a customer-centric mentality
Developed story telling ability and creative approach
Highly indexed on delivery and execution
Knowledge and appreciation of enterprise cloud software
Excellent communication and stellar interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desire to collaborate and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and fluid priorities; able to manage multiple and complex priorities
Qualifications
* Significant experience in the marketing of software products
* Excellent understanding of demand generation
* Demonstrable ability to execute campaigns effectively to achieve targets
* Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business field (or relevant training/experience)
* Fluent English. Other languages are always a benefit.
* Experience working within a global, virtual environment and matrix organization
* Experience developing and executing ABM programs
