Job Description
VANRATH is delighted to collaborate with a well-known Public Sector Organisation across NI to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Group Billing and Expenses Supervisor to join a growing finance team. This newly established role aims to meet increased demands following recent acquisitions and is initially on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities
1. Administer weekly agency timesheet processing and interface preparation
2. Support and control Travel and Subsistence functions on Selenity
3. Ensure accurate and timely payment of group utility bills
4. Manage the corporate credit card scheme, including sign-off and reconciliation
5. Support the Staff Benefits portal
Candidate Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate at least 2 years' experience in a finance or transaction processing environment, including:
* Use of management systems in transaction processing
* Advanced spreadsheet skills
* Application of double-entry bookkeeping
* Reconciliation activities
* Managing group bills or payroll processes
