Responsibilities required for the role:
* Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.
* Lead the upcoming portfolio review and manage this process to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
* Help grow the firm’s client base through new business and relationship development.
* Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure high standards of service and compliance.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and efficiency of the firm’s operations and client processes.
Experience required:
* Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum) with current CAS status.
* A proven background in financial advice with a solid understanding of compliance and FCA standards.
* Strong relationship builder, confident in growing and maintaining client trust.
* Ideally 3+ years’ experience in financial services or financial planning.
* A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience within a network or directly authorised environment preferred.
