What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Person, you will:
* Complete property maintenance tasks including plumbing, decorating, basic electrical, and general repairs, ensuring lodges and buildings are well-kept and functional
* Check and prepare accommodation ready for guest arrivals
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain park standards
* Observe and uphold Health and Safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment
* Use handheld devices or computer systems to log tasks and updates as needed
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable individual who has:
* Experience in general property maintenance, repairs, and fault finding
* Skills across multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, DIY, and painting
* A full UK driving licence (essential)
* A good understanding of health and safety regulations
* Customer service and teamwork skills
* Confidence using handheld devices or basic IT systems
