About the Role
As a Stocks & Broths Creator, you will take the lead on exciting projects that align with our business strategy and respond to customer needs. Your expertise in culinary formulations and stability performance will be crucial in delivering exceptional taste in meat-based soups, stocks, sauces, and gravies. You’ll leverage Kerry technology to craft unique solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our strengths, ensuring the best Taste and Nutrition experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of the Stocks & Broths opportunity pipeline.
* Build strong customer relationships, delivering customer-centric solutions to drive business growth.
* Innovate by understanding market trends, regulations, and customer requirements, translating insights into breakthrough strategies.
* Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to develop collections.
* Conduct research and sensory testing to enhance existing products and create new ones.
* Utilize Kerry technologies to meet taste expectations in stocks & broths creation.
* Document experimental trials and outcomes to facilitate product scaling and transfer to manufacturing.
* Support manufacturing sites to optimize production and improve processes.
* Partner with various teams, including process engineers, flavor experts, and account managers, to achieve project goals.
* Manage and maintain category collections, including product sourcing and sample requests.
* Mentor and develop internal talent, aligning career goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
* Further education in culinary arts, food science, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical product development role, with a proven track record in creating culinary dishes or products.
* Restaurant chef experience is preferred but not essential.
* Effective communication skills to present technical work to stakeholders and customers.
