SEFE Marketing & Trading Limited (SM&T) is part of the SEFE Group, based in London. We are a multi-commodity trader focused on European gas, LNG, power, and environmental markets. We are seeking a candidate to join our HR team, supporting the Operations function by managing employee lifecycle processes efficiently and in line with SLAs. The role emphasizes process improvement.
Responsibilities:
1. Support onboarding, including drafting contracts and coordinating post-offer activities.
2. Coordinate new starter processes, communicate with departments, and update SAP.
3. Manage post-induction arrangements such as probation completion.
4. Assist with general HR admin tasks, employee correspondence, queries, and file maintenance.
5. Create HR documents supporting the employee lifecycle for managers and staff.
6. Identify and escalate changes in JML processes.
7. Assist with maternity/paternity/adoption leave arrangements.
8. Update employee data and organizational structures in SAP.
9. Respond to reference requests promptly.
10. Support HR systems and operations, including visa management and reporting.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in operational HR administration, preferably in an international setting.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and SAP HR (preferred).
