This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first hire in a brand-new product team, working directly under a newly promoted Head of Product. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how product delivery happens and have the chance to influence both processes and culture from the ground up.
What You'll Do
* Facilitate user-story mapping and backlog planning with product and development teams
* Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria to drive high-quality sprint outcomes
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear prioritisation, and delivery against goals
* Embed agile best practices across sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements, and delivery
* Support and mentor junior analysts, contributing to team growth and process evolution
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in agile environments
* Skilled in story mapping, defining epics, and breaking down work into actionable stories
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to absorb and organise a decade's worth of features
* Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, people-first, startup-style culture
