About us

Grwp Llandrillo Menai was established in 2012 through mergers between Coleg Llandrillo, Coleg Menai, and Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor. It employs 2,000 staff and serves approximately 21,000 students, including over 1,500 higher education students, across Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, and Gwynedd.

The Grwp aims to support North Wales' economy by equipping local people with the skills and qualifications needed for regional success. Its wide range of courses, high-quality learning experiences, excellent facilities, and talented staff contribute to these goals. Additional opportunities for local study towards degrees and professional qualifications allow more young and mature learners to reach their potential. The University Centre at the Rhos-on-Sea Campus offers excellent facilities for higher education students.

Our mission, 'Improving People's Futures,' reflects our commitment as a further education provider. While delivering successful qualifications is crucial, we also impact social cohesion and economic development. We aim to be central to our communities and serve as the skills engine driving North Wales' success.
