In this role, you will be a key operational support to the HSE function, ensuring compliance, coordination, and proactive safety management across the organisation. Your day-to-day remit will include: Managing day-to-day Health & Safety queries and requests from operational teams Overseeing the raising, follow-up, and close-out of Operational Restrictions, Incident Reports, Safety Bulletins, Good Catches, and statutory inspections Coordinating and maintaining site inductions for all personnel Managing, updating, and controlling site HSE documentation, procedures, and risk assessments Maintaining the HSE training matrix and organising required training for staff Reviewing and approving contractor RAMS, with involvement in project activity as required Criteria; Full, clean driving licence with access to a vehicle Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Health & Safety role Strong IT capability, particularly across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements across both ROI and NI Full details will be discussed upon application.
