GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES
.
1. Management of Compliance team and Fleet admin.
2. Administer allocation of old fleet after new fleet delivery
3. Process all uplifts/decreases and refurbs .
4. Process and maintain weekly store queries.
5. Assist with management of Spares and Spares map.
6. Carry out reporting administration including FOP report, Mobilovan, Exceptions, KPI & AR Tracker and Masternaut Activity report.
7. Management of Drivesafe contract
8. Management of RIY.
9. Monitor and maintain estimate inbox.
10. Process Under £800 estimates
11. Manage Fleet queries from team, online fleet admin and stores.
12. All other general administration duties.
Job Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities
13. To ensure all administrative duties are adhered to. Contractual KPI’s are up to date and reports sent on time everytime.
To ensure that all compliance events are carried out in line with legal and KPI requirements.
Person Specification
14. Good standard of Education with a minimum of GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
15. The job holder will preferably have previous experience (or similar) within a busy maintenance control room environment dealing with maintenance of commercial rental/ Fleet Management vehicles with third party suppliers.
16. Previous Administration experience is essential.
17. Knowledge of and a background from the commercial vehicle transport industry would be advantageous.
18. Good understanding of vehicle engineering and road transport law.
19. T literate and high level of Excel skills
20. Will work best on their own initiative and take pride in ensuring that work is seen through to completion.
21. To be flexible in attitude in providing solutions to problems.
Able to interact confidently with customers, suppliers, be a team player, and build credibility with same.
