Programme Delivery Manager 6 Months Initial Contract Remote 2 Days a month onsite in Warwick £600pd We are seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of complex digital projects and programmes. In this role, you will manage multiple stakeholders and teams while maintaining a strong focus on the following areas: Roles and responsibilities: CDE Common Data Environment: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a common data environment that facilitates collaboration and data sharing among project teams. Data Quality and Compliance: You will ensure that data quality standards are met and compliance requirements are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Data Access: You will manage data access protocols to ensure that relevant stakeholders have the necessary access while maintaining data security and integrity. Software Platforms: You will work with various software platforms to support project delivery, ensuring that the selected tools align with project objectives and stakeholder needs. Methodologies: A strong understanding and practical experience in Agile and Lean delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, will be essential for guiding teams through efficient and effective delivery processes. Stakeholder Management: You will manage complex digital projects or programmes, effectively engaging with multiple stakeholders and teams to drive project success. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to present information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Budget Monitoring: You will be responsible for budget monitoring and cost-value balancing, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints while maximising value. Risk and Issue Management: Your experience in risk and issue management, problem-solving, and facilitating continuous delivery improvements will be key in navigating challenges that arise during project execution.
