Pay - £34,398 - £52,490 M1-UPS3 (Pay to Scale)
I am working with a 'Good' school in the area of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire who have strong subject and senior leadership to help you develop.
They are seeking to appoint a Spanish & French Teacher who can enthuse, engage, motivate and challenge students to raise achievement.
They are looking for a highly ambitious, committed and dynamic professional to join the MFL department; someone who is passionate about their subject, communicates well with young people and makes a positive impact on their learning.
The successful applicant will have a passion about learning, have strong inter-personal skills, be resilient, be an excellent teacher and have great subject knowledge including experience of a number of GCSE specifications.

The role is full time although they can be flexible. This position is to start from September 2026 with a view to go permanent.
You will:
Be passionate about working with Secondary School students as an MFL teacher
Hold QTS/ECT status in the UK (desirable but not essential)
Hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Have experience working in mainstream British Schools and be able to demonstrate teaching excellence.
Confident in speaking Spanish and French
Confidence in behaviour management of the classroom
Experience desired
