Job Opportunity: Junior Application Support
Our client, a global events management company known for well-established trade shows and conferences worldwide, is seeking a Junior Application Support professional.
The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of their event management system by managing stakeholder communications, resolving bugs, overseeing system administration, and coordinating feature go-lives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily support for the software platform, including bug resolution and configuration management.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders and Technical Account Managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
3. Manage user access, permissions, and perform basic system administration tasks.
4. Coordinate feature launches and conduct testing prior to deployment.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Flexibility and adaptability to various project needs and learning styles.
* Basic technical knowledge, preferably with experience in software application support roles.
