Job Title: Employees Benefits Support Executive
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am – 5.30pm
Location: Caterham
To provide technical support to Employee Benefit Consultants across pensions, group protection, healthcare, and wellbeing schemes. This role involves research, report preparation, provider negotiations, and client support to ensure high-quality delivery of benefit solutions.
Tasks
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Conduct technical, market, and product research.
Prepare quote specifications and negotiate terms with providers.
Produce recommendation and renewal reports for employee benefit schemes.
Support advisers with presentations, governance reports, and client materials.
Respond to technical queries from clients and employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports, templates, and updates.
Collaborate with administration teams to deliver excellent client service.
Monitor provider performance and share knowledge internally.
Attend client meetings as the technical expert when required.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in research and report preparation within employee benefits.
Good knowledge of workplace pension schemes.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in employee benefits (pensions, group protection, healthcare, wellbeing).
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management.
