hours, working Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6pm
£ per annum
Job Responsibilities
1. Managing incoming case queries via a shared inbox and phone line
2. Customer liaison, raising, investigating and resolving queries
3. Providing advice and information regarding our service or product range
4. General administration
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
5. Prior inbound telephone experience
6. Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
7. Detail oriented
8. Prior complaint handling experience
